Terms of Service / شروط الاستخدام

1. Acceptance

By signing in to the Dizza Ads Dashboard at ads.melak.net you agree to these Terms. The dashboard is a private internal tool operated by Dizza دزّه (Basra, Iraq). Access is restricted to employees whose email is on our allowlist.

2. Permitted use

  • Manage Dizza-owned Meta ad accounts: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives.
  • View analytics and AI-generated recommendations.
  • Publish content to Dizza-owned Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
  • Configure alerts and automation rules.

3. Prohibited use

  • Sharing credentials with anyone not on the employee allowlist.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to bypass access controls.
  • Using the dashboard to violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or Advertising Policies.
  • Uploading content that infringes copyright or is otherwise unlawful.
  • Using AI-generated content for purposes prohibited by the originating provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Replicate).

4. Meta-platform compliance

When the dashboard creates ads or fetches data through Meta's Marketing API, it acts strictly under the access granted by the signed-in employee and within the scope of Meta's Platform Policy. The employee remains responsible for the content of any ad published. All ads are created in PAUSED state for the employee's final review before activation.

5. Third-party services

The dashboard relies on Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Replicate, Resend, Telegram, and Meta. Their terms apply to the parts of the feature set they power. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.

6. Intellectual property

The dashboard code, brand, and design belong to Dizza. AI-generated outputs created via the dashboard belong to Dizza, but you remain responsible for the rights of any inputs you provide (reference images, copy snippets, brand assets).

7. Termination

We may revoke access at any time for any reason — typically when an employee leaves the company or when terms are violated. You may request your account be closed at any time by emailing support@dizza.co.

8. Disclaimer

The dashboard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI suggestions, performance predictions, and recommendations are advisory only — the employee remains accountable for ad spend, targeting decisions, and content choices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Iraqi law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid by the employee for dashboard access in the prior 12 months (which is zero for internal use).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Disputes are subject to the courts of Basra.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

باستخدامك لداشبورد دزّه على ads.melak.net فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. الداشبورد أداة داخلية لدزّه (البصرة، العراق) والوصول محصور بموظفين معتمدين فقط.

٢. الاستخدام المسموح

  • إدارة حسابات Meta الإعلانية الخاصة بدزّه.
  • عرض التحليلات وتوصيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • نشر محتوى على صفحات/حسابات دزّه.
  • ضبط التنبيهات وقواعد الأتمتة.

٣. الاستخدام الممنوع

  • مشاركة بيانات الدخول مع أي شخص خارج قائمة الموظفين.
  • محاولة تجاوز ضوابط الوصول أو سحب البيانات بشكل غير مصرّح.
  • استخدام الداشبورد لمخالفة سياسات Meta أو معايير المجتمع أو الإعلانات.
  • رفع محتوى مخالف لحقوق الملكية أو غير قانوني.

٤. الالتزام بسياسات Meta

عندما ينشئ الداشبورد إعلانات أو يجلب بيانات من Meta، يتصرف ضمن صلاحيات الموظف المسجّل ووفق Platform Policy. الموظف مسؤول عن محتوى أي إعلان يُنشر. كل الإعلانات تُنشأ بحالة PAUSEDللمراجعة قبل التفعيل.

٥. الخدمات الخارجية

الداشبورد يعتمد على Anthropic و OpenAI و Google و Replicate و Resend و Telegram و Meta. شروطهم تنطبق على الميزات التي يدعمونها.

٦. الملكية الفكرية

الكود والعلامة والتصميم ملك لدزّه. النصوص/الصور المولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ملك لدزّه، لكن أنت مسؤول عن حقوق ما تدخله من مدخلات.

٧. إنهاء الوصول

يحق لنا إلغاء الوصول في أي وقت — عادةً عند مغادرة الموظف أو خرق الشروط. يمكنك طلب إغلاق حسابك بإرسال إيميل لـ support@dizza.co.

٨. إخلاء المسؤولية

الداشبورد مُقدَّم "كما هو" بدون أي ضمانات. التوصيات وتوقعات الأداء استشارية فقط — الموظف مسؤول عن قرارات الإنفاق والاستهداف.

٩. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون العراقي، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الكلية على المبلغ المدفوع للوصول للداشبورد خلال آخر 12 شهر (وهو صفر للاستخدام الداخلي).

١٠. القانون الحاكم

القوانين العراقية، ومحاكم البصرة في حال النزاع.

١١. التعديلات

نحدّث الشروط، وتاريخ النفاذ يعكس آخر مراجعة. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يُعتبر قبولاً.
